OECD fears abuse life course regulation
The cabinet is on good gone if it concerns the suppression
of the demographic ageing. But the cabinet takes insufficient
initiatives to keep more elderly to the work. That says the
organisation for economic cooperation and development (OECD).
THE OECD prices the restriction which enters as from 1 January
next year: employees can save then no longer tax-free for an
anticipated pension. The cabinet must however look out that the
life course regulation which goes also in 2006, of start and with
which can save employees for leave, is not abused to go nevertheless
earlier with early retirement. That regulation has been
correctly intended put people able during their career rest periods to
build in to look for their children or to follow training. That
must the stress which to work looks and with itself brings with
diminish, and ensure that employees improve themselves can train.
