Less pension funds with final pay regulation

2003 16.52 THE HAGUE - less and less pension funds use regulations
where the old age pension system has been based on the final pay of
the employees. Previous year was this at 59.7 percent of the
funds still in use against 63.7 percent in 2001, as becomes clear from
the pension monitor of the supervision holder, the pension - and
Insurance Board (PVK). More funds are the system will conduct
where the gepensioneerden receive a benefit that have been coupled to
the gemidddelde remunerations from their career. That percentage
climbed of 20.6 to 22.4, a final pay regulation is generally more
expensive than a means remuneration couple couple. The shift has
been already used for the eeuwwisseling. It are no terrible
jumps per year, but the recent development is clear. The final
pay regulations decrease ietsje at faveure of means remunerations,
thus Pvk-woordvoerder Monday. (c) DUTCH PRESS AGENCY
