Industry sells and produces less
Spent: 6 augusts 2003 09.53 VOORBURG - the Dutch
industry has produced the second trimester less in and sold less
spullen. Both the turnover and production were lower than in the
same period of previous year. That becomes clear from
provisional figures which to the central office for statistics
Wednesday have given. The turnover decreased in comparison with
the second trimester of previous year with 3 per cent. Higher
pricing (1 per cent) could not compensate the reduction of the sale
volumes with 4 per cent. Production decreased with respect to a
