Cannot however it conclude that credit applicants at a life insurer more expensively or correctly cheaper from its then at a bank. The lowest interest at a life insurer came lower from than the lowest interest at a bank. Also the highest interest proved to be at the same time at a life insurer higher than the highest tariffs at a bank, thus the research workers. In the period of the research banks had the mortgage market for 40 per cent in hands, whereas life insurers 15 per cent clerks.
