Strong differing in tariffs mortgage proposers

purchasers do lay there well to the mortgage offers of several parties
beside each other. Average running the tenders for a mortgage
with interest-fixed duration of ten years 1 percent point. That
the most important conclusion of Monday has been published study into
the differences in interest tariffs of mortgage suppliers in the
period 1996-2001. the study has been carried out by two research
workers of the central plan office (Bureau for Economic policy
Analysis) and the university of Utrecht. The largest interest
difference at banks ended up in these years on 0.6 percent point,
whereas the breach between the life insurer with the highest average
interest amounted to and the lowest 1.28 percent point. Cannot
however it conclude that credit applicants at a life insurer more
expensively or correctly cheaper from its then at a bank. The
lowest interest at a life insurer came lower from than the lowest
interest at a bank. Also the highest interest proved to be at
the same time at a life insurer higher than the highest tariffs at a
bank, thus the research workers. In the period of the research
banks had the mortgage market for 40 per cent in hands, whereas life
insurers 15 per cent clerks. The rest of the mortgages was
supplied among others pension - and construction funds. (c)
