Tax authority will levy WAO INCAPACITY BENEFIT - and
Ww-premies
Spent: 14 November 2003 15.59 THE HAGUE - the Tax
and Customs Administration will levy the employee premiums. As a
result, it becomes levy possible taxes and contributions in one
combined declaration and collect. The cabinet has decided for
that purpose Friday on proposal of minister De geus of social matter.
The employee premiums (WAO INCAPACITY BENEFIT, WW) are still
levied at this moment by the implementation institute employee
insurance schemes (UWV). With the cooperation between Tax and
Customs Administration and UWV the cabinet wants save on the
implementation costs and the administrative charges for businesses to
reduce. From calculations has become clear that the
implementation costs with 156 millions would be possible euro omlaag,
whereas the adminstratieve charges for companies with 276 euro million
euro is reduced. The changes are informed as from 2005.
