Windfall of 190 millions for the Treasury

books AOW, Anw insurance and child benefit over 2003 a windfall of 190
millions euro by lower expenditure for the social insurances.
Especially the number of AOW benefits had been estimated
previous year smaller than. That becomes clear from figures
which the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) has announced Monday.
In 2003, the SVB for approximately 22.5 billion euro paid to
AOW. The fund for this collective pension knew a shortage of 808
millions euro and that 243 millions euro had been valued lower than.
' the number of AOW'ers was something lower than it had been in
advance estimated ', thus for the of the benefit agency.
Moreover paid the SVB 14 millions euro less than estimated to
child benefit. In sum Dutch families 3.2 received billion.
The two windfalls are partly done by a setback of 67 millions
