ZOETERMEER - more house own ears had been forced this year them
house with loss to sell because of payment debts.
Foundation guarantee fund own houses added only already to people
with a national mortgage guarantee so far this year 235
obliged selling with loss. That is there more than hundred more than
in the same period previous year.
This becomes clear from figures which the guarantee fund Tuesday
published. The guarantee fund supplies the national mortgage
Guarantee (NHG). With such a guarantee a house owner insures there
itself of that at obliged sale a possible rest debt
the bank is paid.
The guarantee fund expects this year three hundred obliged
loss-making selling. Vorig jaar waren dat er 178.
