New round lower mortgage interest

proposers of mortgages have reduced again their interest tariffs.
The tariffs are possible further omlaag because there is on the
capital market less question to money. The interest which banks
charge, decreases with between 0.1 and 0.3 the percent point.
Avéro Achmea reduce the mortgage interest with interest-fixed
period as from five years with 0.1 percent point. The
tienjaarsrente for a mortgage on the basis of national mortgage
guarantee now amount to at Avéro 4.5 percent. The tariff for a
mortgage for a period of five years amounts to 3.9 percent.
Rather kondigden among other things the mail bank, ING and SNS
bank already to that the interest omlaag goes. The mail bank and
ING let both know that the interest with an interest fixed period of
twenty years with 0.3 percent point has been scaled back. For
the mortgages with shorter durations the tariffs were reduced varying
