people with an occupational disease get a too low wao-uitkering.
Each year come approximately thousand people who receive less
than to what international treaties to prescribe. This estimate
has the office occupational diseases of the profession call centre
according to the FNV the Netherlands in a treaty of the international
labour organisation ILO has promised that people with an occupational
disease must receive a benefit of minimum 60 percents of their

based on the laatstverdiende remunerations but on the minimum wage,
which in a lot of cases much are lower. The office occupational
diseases has now paid himself on the case of a man with the painter
sickness OPS. According to the FNV he receives 51 per cent of
its laatstverdiende income. ' the Dutch state gets two weeks to
proceed to compliance with the treaty, differently Fnv-bureau the
