Mortgage interest again omlaag

January 2005 14.48 AMSTERDAMS - several proposers of mortgages have
reduced again their interest tariffs. The tariffs are possible
further down because there is on the capital market less question to
money. Aegon let Wednesday know that the mortgage interest with
interest-fixed is reduced period of six and seven years with
respectively 0.20 and 0.25 percent point. The tariffs for a
mortgage for a period of 16 up to and including 20 years of age are
reduced with 0.05 percent point. The seven year interest for
levenhypotheek on the basis of national mortgage guarantee now amounts
to at Aegon 3.95 percent. Rather ABN AMRO kondigde the tariffs
for mortgages with durations of between three already to that and
seventeen years were reduced with 0.1 à 0.2 percent point. Also
the Rabobank let recently know that the mortgage tariffs have been
scaled back. That the second time in two weeks was time.
