Minister Hoogervorst holds to smoke rules
Spent: its anti-rookbeleid in psychiatric
institutions refuse 26 January 2005 00.09 of public health, elderly
people - and make nursing homes more flexible. During a
consultation Tuesday in the House of Commons appeared that nearly the
complete chamber believes that Hoogervorst run too hard of battery.

occupants. Hoogervorst have already granted a year delay to the
institutions for the setting-up of the smoke policy. He finds it

for the elderly have still no separate smoke spaces. The
minister blames uncooperativeness and laxism to the Executive Boards
of the institutions. He finds it are duty rise for the interests
of the non-smoker. They must accept the tobacco smoke of their
