Employees save billion to German companies 1.2

must not only cost money, they can save also money. In Germany
malignant ideetjes of employees in 2004, businesses provided a cost
saving on of more than 1.2 billion euro. That became clear from
Wednesday published data of the German research office DIB (Deutsches
Institut für Betriebswirtschaft). The office examined 365
companies, in both the private and public sector. At the
examined ventures in sum 2.2 million people is operative. The
employees got as a thanks for their innovative thinking approximately
151 millions euro to premiums paid. The most innovating
employees were find Siemens in 2004, again at the elektronicaconcern.
The venture could 210 millions save euro thanks to its
employees. That is 13 millions euro more than in 2003rd with
that saved each Siemens-medewerker its employer on average 1981 euro.
