Obliged house sale will double almost

problems will lead this year that more house own ears their house must
sell. The number forced sell doubles in 2005, almost up to
approximately six hundred. That expectation the foundation
guarantee fund own houses (WSEW) has pronounced Tuesday. The
foundation counted in the past year 331 obliged sales. In the
first trimester of this year 133 house with loss was sold, by 55 in
the previous years. It concerns houses which have been financed
with the national mortgage guarantee (NHG). With such a
guarantee a house owner insures himself of it that at obliged sale the
