Windfall in EU budget lards Treasury

Union has 2.7 billion euro of the budget of previous year, the
European Commission communicates Wednesday. As a result, the
Member States must this wear out year less to ' Brussels '. For
the Dutch Treasury it concerns a windfall of 122 millions euro.
Germany gets more than one half billion. The windfall over
2004 is many more limited than previous years. Then the EU had
