Trade in EVC stopped because of expires offer
AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones) - the trade in the proportion of EVC
international has been interrupted as from 15.00 for the rest of the
trade day. That communicates Monday to Euronext. Trade
discontinuance is related to expiring the application period of the
offer of Hawkslease Finance Company on the manufacturermanufacturer
manufacturer. Hawkslease, the overnamevehikel of INEOS, had
rather extended the offer on EVC and had raised to 4.45 euro.
The previous offer amounted to 3.50 euro. INEOS have now
85.9% of the proportions of EVC in hands. Moreover it has
already the promise of shareholders, with together something more than
