Fortis book 53 per cent higher nettowinst
AMSTERDAM (DFT/Dutch Press Agency) - Fortis have
intensified concerning last year the nettowinst with 53 per cent up to
3.36 billion euro. The net operational result lane with 42 per
cent up to 3.2 billion euro. That Fortis have announced Thursday
voorbeurs. The profit by share of the bank insurer ended up on
€ 2.59, The governing board does no gain forecast
concerning in 2005, the results. As a reason for that it is
called the fact that the reporting of Fortis is based as from this
year on IFRS, as a result of which the volatiliteit of the result will

with 13 per cent, of € 0.92 to € 1.04 by

to the higher profit from the daily company exercise.

The placements in shares provided a plus on of 372 millions

Fortis.
