AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones) - the house construction in the
United States has increased in February because of the low mortgage
interest. The number in building houses taken grew with 0.5% up
to 2.195 million in the twelve months with February, thus figures of
the American ministry of trade. In January lane the construction
