Huizenprijs stable
APELDOORN (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - the average huizenprijs has increased in February with respect to the previous month minimum to 214.870 euro.
With respect to the same month of 2004 there was, however, a real increase, of 2.4 percent. The average buy sum was in February
previous year 209.830 euro. That becomes clear from Wednesday published figures of the land register.
The most striking change appeared previous month at the being free houses. For this type houses the average took buy sum
with 3.1 percent. The total number of sold houses was previous month 13.964; 21.5 percent more than in January. In
comparison with February 2004 remained sales nearly right.
At provincial level there were see, however, spectacular figures in the development in February. The average koopprijs went
in overijssel and sea country considerably omhoog, with respectively 10.6 and 7.9 percent. Also left groningen, limburg and friesland
an increase to see.
Flevoland was the large daler. The average price went here with 6.2 percent omlaag.
The number of sold houses lane with respect to January in all provinces. sea country lane most with 47.3 percent
and flevoland it less with 11.7 percent.
Utrecht is with an average price of wide 255.000 euro the most expensive province, followed noord-Holland and noord-Brabant.
With doorsneeprijs of 161.000 euro are groningen the cheapest province.
