Fines for hobbydierhouders
PINE BOSCH - the police force judge in pine bosch has
imposed Tuesday strong fines to six hobbydierhouders. They broke
the transport prohibition for bird in 2003, during the bird plague
crisis.
Highest punish was for hobbydierhouder K.B. (trousers man) from
Someren. Except a fine of 2500 euro he got a conditional cell
sentence of two months imposed. The judge has taken into account
that b. then with its action in the media much ' social disorder
' caused. He presented himself as an initiator of an animal
going into hiding organisations.
A. of N. (Noort) Nuenen got a fine of 1500 euro and a month cell
conditional. He is of the samenstellers of a black book in which
was joined after the crisis complaints concerning acting the
government.
Three other hobbydierhouders got partly conditional fines from
1250 up to 1500 euro, a verdachte was clearred because of lack of
proof.
The public prosecutor had something higher sentences
geëist, but the judge has taken into account the "feelings of
sorrow and impotence" at all convicts.
