ROTTERDAM (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - employers find the information which they receive from the pension administrators, vaguely and incompletely. As a result, are possible they
their employees not well inform and are there insufficient insight in the cost development.
That becomes clear from a research of the accountants - and recommendation organisation Deloitte that Thursday has been published. Annual
research has been kept under 320 companies.
A large part of the ventures says that the provision of information has not improved the last three years or hardly.
According to Deloitte talk of a considerable information gap, which has even increased on a number of points at opzichte, is
of previous year. Thus per cent for example only 53 of the employers finds the information on the annual supply of
the pension task to the participants sufficiently clear. Previous year was that 60 per cent.
Employers want gladly geïnformeerd become concerning matter such as law - and legislation, future premium altitude, implementation costs
and the value of the pension scheme as a labour agreement. "there is see however a clear gap between requested and effective receive information", thus the research workers.
Most of the importance attaches the employers to information on law changes and the impact of it. Employers are still
always bad on the altitude of the arrival of an important modification, the new superannuation act.
