More complaints concerning care insurances
ZEIST (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - the measures in the care the
ombudsman care insurances has produced previous year more work than in
2003. in sum the ombudsman 1870 telephone and 1392 written complaints
and information requests received.
In 2003, were that there respectively 1641 and 1226. that
becomes clear that from the annual report of the ombudsman concerning
2004. in tweederde of the cases which health insurance fund patients
complained had sense. In those cases the ombudsman reached an
improvement for the complainant. For standard package policies
and additional insurance this percentage between 40 lay and 50

plans to change the care scheme next year.
