Strong profit increase DIMS vastgoed
AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones) - well company DIMS vastgoed
concerning the first three months of the exercise 2005 considerable

The profit increase was mainly caused by a higher realignment
result and a higher operational placement result.
For the coming period says DIM that it can increase its own
capacity by means of selling shares and further aandelenemissies.
The company wants convene the strategy of in district shopping
centres and ’power, already used, centers’ to
continue. That strategy must lead to "an attractive and stable
output with restricted risico’s". The nettowinst after
taxes of DIMS vastgoed came from on 5.646 million dollar. With
respect to the first three months of the exercise 2004 this an
increase of 56.2 percent is. The profit by share, which has been
calculated concerning the average number standing and in turn is
shares, lane with 47.8 percent up to 0.86 dollars. The
realignment of the immovable property was three months of 2005
concerning the first 4.418 million dollar. This means 1.4
percent of the book value of the portfolio at the beginning of the
year. The total realignment result after taxes came 83.2 percent
