Friesland Foods concludes new credit facility
AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones) - Zuivelconcern friesland Foods has
concluded a new credit facility of 550 millions euro. Credit has
been concluded with a trade union of Dutch and international banks.
The new facility replaces the part of the credit facility of 800
millions euro, not yet relayed, which had been concluded in 2001, for
among others the financing of the adoption of the Nutricia Dairy &
Drinks Group. This loan would expire initially in 2006.
