Fusion Interpolis and Achmea
UTRECHT (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - Rabobank will extend its
importance in the European insurance group Eureko of 5 to 37 per cent.
Interpolis, the insurance company of the coöperatieve bank
company, merge with Eureko’s Dutch for the Achmea. As a
result, the largest insurance company in the Netherlands arises.
That the parties have announced Wednesday. The concerns it
have become in principle once concerning this cooperation, which will

The new combination of Interpolis and Achmea is categorised at
Eureko. Clear 5200 employees of Interpolis change to Eureko, who

Achmea are at present the third insurance company in the
