Cao-akkoord Akzo noble
UTRECHT (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - the trade unions and Akzo
noblely have reached an agreement in the night of Wednesday on
Thursday concerning a collective labour agreement. That let
allies know a spokesman of FNV. THE collective labour agreement
runs up to 31 March 2007 and the employees get a salary increase of
3.25 percent. The 12,000 employees of Akzo get with retroactive
effect as from 1 January this year 1.25 percent more remunerations
noblely. Afterwards they get of it on 1 January next year once
more 1.5 percent whereupon the remunerations on 1 November that year
is again raised with a half percent.
The negotiations had earlier still got bogged down on the
pension scheme. The trade unions threatened with action and the
chemieconcern end this month time had dedicated still an agreement
reach. Last week already approximately 2000 employees laid down
the work two hours.
Private is that employees at Akzo noblely who at this moment 52
years or parent are a guarantee get on early retirement and in the
future ordinary with 62 years can stop with work. For
Akzo-medewerkers younger than 52 years a life course regulation has
been agreed.
A another quarrel point was the profit-sharing regulation.
A new system has been agreed for this. That means that the
employees on 1 June of this year get a one-off bonus of 4 per cent.
The bonus for next year depends on the company result, but is
possible never more than 2 per cent increases or to fall.
B. Roodhuizen allies van FNV said "very satisfied" be concerning
the reached agreement. He speaks of a "excellent result".
According to him the massive participation of the employees to
the temporary work stoppage on 21 April has had clear result.
