transport line: chaos threatens around new tachygraph
BRUSSELS (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - the international organisation for transport warns IRU for a chaos around the new digital tachygraph.
The new control apparatus for times to rest will oblige must sit as from 5 augusts in new trucks. But approximately
half of the EU countries is lacking still the required laws, required tachygraph cards and instructions for the workshops.
THE IRU ask the ministers of movement in the European Union for delay of obligatory setting-up. The organisation has that
Monday put in Brussels, anticipating a meeting of movement ministers 27 June.
THE IRU the organisation transport and the logistical Netherlands (tln) has been dovetailed. The Netherlands is, however, ready for new digital
tachygraph.
