Controversial pension proposal Laurus adopted
PINE BOSCH (DUTCH PRESS AGENCY) - the employees of Laurus
have adopted the new pension scheme of the supermarktconcern. A
member consultation by the foundation Laurus pension fund made clear
that a majority supports the new proposals.
That Laurus have announced Monday.
The re punch on the referendum had been moreover limited.
Only 13.5 percent of the votes cast cast its vote.
The new regulation ran up against resisted at the associations,
which their members had called to vote against. The trade unions
judged that the new proposals insufficient possibilities offer to stop
prematurely with work.
The basis of the new appointments is middenloonregeling and a
pension age of 65 years. According to Laurus the new regulation,
which must enter in 2006, better possibilities for anticipated and
